Lewiston, N.Y. Historical Square LLC. Maintenance Worker. FT. 1st Shift. Benefits. 20.00/Hour. Perform general maintenance work and repairs for apartment complexes including plumbing, painting, electrical, basic carpentry, heating & cooling and other building systems. Responsibilities: Repair major & minor issues with equipment & buildings. Complete maintenance & work order repairs in a timely fashion. Order & replace broken parts or equipment. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields. Familiarity with hand-held tools & equipment. Deadline & detail-oriented. Ability to work independently and with others when needed.
