Job Description:
Responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in support of the Rainy Lake Medical Center and its departments. This position carries out responsibilities in the functional areas of: recruitment/employment; employee relations; training; performance management; new employee orientation; on-boarding; policy implementation; affirmative action; and employment law compliance. This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities. However, this position does serve as a coach and mentor for other positions and assumes supervisory duties in the absence of the Chief Talent Officer.
