Food Service Worker: (3) Fulltime, Temporary, Peak Load (H-2B) Jobs available 05/15/2025-9/30/2025. Employer: Wolfoods, Inc, Inc., 521 Centre St. South Orange, NJ 07079. Worksite Address: 91 Ramah Rd. Wingdale, NY 12594 and multiple worksites within Berkshire (MA), Dutchess (NY), Orange (NY), and Putnam (NY) counties. Employer will offer daily transportation to/from the worksite from pickup location at no cost to workers. Employer provides incidental transport between job sites. Duties: Assist with food preparation as directed, operating food production equipment such as grills, broilers and deep-fat fryers. Prepare foods such as sandwiches, salads, and dressings according to customer specification. Arrange table settings and fold napkins to restaurant standards. Clear, clean, and sanitize tables. Maintain and sanitize workstations. Clean and sanitize dishes, pots, pans, and containers and return to appropriate locations in kitchen. Follow safety and sanitation guidelines and regulations to ensure food quality. No education required. Six (3) months of experience in food service. Employer will NOT accept a trainee. Must lift/carry 25 lbs., when necessary. Schedule: The standard work schedule is from 10:00 AM until 5:30 PM, Monday through Friday. Employer will offer 36.5 hours per week. Employer may offer more than the stated work hours, depending on weather, business needs, and other conditions. Extreme heat, cold, rain, or drought may affect exact working hours. Wage rate is no less than $17.36 per Hour. Overtime hours vary at: $26.04 per Hour. Raises and/or bonuses may be offered at employer's discretion, based on individual factors such as performance, skill, and tenure. Must be available for two shifts. Standard workweek is 4 days per week. Friday, Saturday, and Sunday work required, when necessary. Post-hire upon suspicion of use and post-accident drug testing required of foreign and domestic workers. Post-hire background check required of foreign and domestic workers. Employer to provide/launder/maintain company-specific uniforms at no charge to the worker. Housing Provided at each camp to all workers by the employer at no charge. A single workweek will be used to compute wages due. Workers will be paid weekly on Monday. All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by law will be made. Employer will provide workers at no charge all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first workweek for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees). Transportation (including meals and, to the extent necessary, lodging) to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence rates are $16.28/day without receipts or up to $68/day with receipts. The employer guarantees to offer work for hours equal to at least three fourths of the workdays in each 12-week period of the total employment period.
