<b>SUMMARY</b>: The <b>Program Manager Contractor </b>is responsible for planning and managing programs and projects which often requires considerable resources and high levels of functional integration. This visible role oversees the communication cadence with stakeholders and ensures program goals are accomplished on time and within budget without interrupting Stride's quality standards.<br>
<br>

<li>Lead large programs involving virtual teams of multi-disciplinary professionals</li>
<li>Develop and refine project plans to include specify goals, strategy, staffing, scheduling, identification of risks, contingency plans, and allocation of available resources</li>
<li>Maintain detailed stakeholder requirements, constraints, and assumptions in order to establish the project deliverables</li>
<li>Lead in the management of changes to the program/project scope, schedule, cost and gaining proper authorization</li>
<li>Measure program performance using appropriate tools and techniques in order to monitor the progress of the project(s), identify and quantify any variances, perform any required corrective actions, and communicate to all stakeholders</li>
<li>Develop and foster effective collaboration and relationships with cross functional team members including data scientists, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, to drive AI initiatives forward.</li>
<li>Motivate the teams using appropriate tools and techniques in order to increase commitment to the program objectives</li>
<li>Prepare and present statements of work and proposals for vendors and potential customers in conjunction with Product & Development, technology development and Management</li></ul>

<b>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:</b>
<br>
<ul>
<li>Five (5) years of overall Project Management experience or equivalent combination of education and experience</li>
<li>Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven process</li>
<li>Successful tracking and schedule compliance with larger scale projects</li>
<li>Ability to work across multiple job levels to achieve results</li>
<li>Process modeling, data standardization, and analytics</li>
<li>Consistent success in leading teams to meet aggressive deadlines</li>
<li>Demonstrated skill with Project Management tools and concepts</li>
<li>Experience with resource management (labor models, time tracking, etc.)</li>
<li>Outstanding time management and organization skills</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project; Hypertext Markup Language (HTML) and general Web proficiency; PPM tool(s)</li>
<li>Ability to travel 10% of the time</li>
<li>Ability to clear required background check</li></ul>

<b>COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:</b> Stride, Inc. considers a person's education, experience, and qualifications, as well as the position's work location, expected quality and quantity of work, required travel (if any), external market and internal value when determining a new employee's salary level. Salaries will differ based on these factors, the position's level and expected contribution, and the employee's benefits elections. Offers will typically be in the bottom half of the range.<br>
<br>We anticipate this position will pay between $43.89 - $70.23 per hour. This is a temporary/contractor role and you will be an employee of Randstad. The upper end of this range is not likely to be offered, as an individual's compensation can vary based on several factors. These factors include, but are not limited to, geographic location, experience, training, education, and local market conditions.
