Qualifications:
Knowledge of Microsoft programs: Word, Excel, Access, and Publisher
Ability to communicate in a kind, courteous, and profession manner
Must be able to follow directions with minimal supervision and complete work by deadlines
Desire and ability to work with general public
Must be able to keep information confidential
Complete tasks in timely and accurately
Knowledge of quickbooks
Responsibilities:
Answer questions on the phone and in person
Register members for programs, prepare registrants list for each program
Prepare quarterly program with presenters
Prepare invoices and run queries on memberships
Maintain forms, programs, and evaluations accurately
Work with treasurer including but not limited to; paying bills, monthly statements, etc.
If necessary, help with Board meetings
Must be able to meet deadlines
Hours required to work:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday 8am-Noon, Friday 9am -noon
