Job Description
Power-Flo Technologies is now hiring full-time warehouse associates/backup drivers to join our New Hyde Park team! We are the premier provider of supplies, services, and solutions- housing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing supplies.This is a full-time role. Monday - Friday, 7 AM - 4 PM. Benefits: + Medical, Dental and Vision plans+ PTO Program+ Paid Holidays + 401K Key Responsibilities : + Perform basic warehouse work to include, removing sold parts from stock, placing received parts on shelves, processing items for shipment, receiving, driving (as needed), organizing etc. + Pull and stage orders for shipment + Organize Inventory + Cycle Count + Maintain a clean Driver's License to operate company vehicles (on an as needed basis) + Load, unload, prepare, inspect, and occasionally operate delivery vehicle + Safely and efficiently pick up and deliver orders (as needed) Requirements : + 1+ years of warehouse experience preferred + Experience with cycle counting, consolidation, and inventory management. + Current, valid, and clean NYS driver's license (7 years' clean driving record) to operate company vehicles as needed (no CDL required) + Ability to obtain & maintain DOT certification + Ability to lift 50 pounds and push or pull over 100 pounds + Ability to follow processes, procedures, and policies + Ability to work well independently and on a team, have a great attitude, and be willing to learn + Ability to communicate in verbal and written from with functional English skills + Excellent organizational and time management skills + Box Truck experience (16-18 ft) and Flatbed truck experience is a plus. No CDL required. + Forklift experience a plus + Experience with UPS, DHL, and/or FedEx a plus Salary Range: $16 - $20/hour We are an equal opportunity employer.
