As Assistant Director of Center for Restorative Practices (Job profile: Assistant Director-Program Operations (E S 9)), you'll build and lead the Center for Restorative Practices (CRP), advancing UW Medicine's equity mission. This leadership role contributes significantly to creating a more just and equitable healthcare system for all and will report to the Chief Equity Officer. Responsibilities include: Position Complexities Navigate a complex environment: The CRP is housed in the Office of Healthcare Equity, which provides services across all of UW Medicine. This includes our hospitals and clinics, the School of Medicine, and more. The Assistant Director must be able to navigate the complex nature of an academic healthcare institution that has reach across the Washington, Wyoming, Alaska, Montana, and Idaho region. In addition, this position will partner with Human Resources, UW Ombud, UW Civil Rights Investigation Office, School of Medicine Personnel Policy Unit, Risk Management and other critical leaders.
