PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
This role requires airlines travel. Occasional exposure to wet/and or humid conditions; the employee will occasionally lift packages up to 20 lbs.; Occasionally required to walk.


COMPENSATION: $20.00 - $24.00/Hr (Based on experience) salary plus 5% quarterly bonus and 20% housing discount

Job Description:
SCOPE:
Job Responsibilities of the Maintenance Tech – Resident Services is to perform maintenance service requests;  *in resident and inventory home/Apartments; assist in the preparation of market ready units, from trash to make-ready; troubleshoot/repair of mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, masonry, glazier, electrical problems including appliance repair and assist with upkeep of grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Will be responsible for common area and apartment repairs in the scope of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry.
*Assist with all aspects of the property's maintenance, interior and exterior building inspections, and preventive maintenance.
*Customer service is a priority, and attention to detail are critical skills to ensure the satisfaction of our tenants.
*Efficiently completes all daily work orders.
*Communicates any delays in completing a work order with the supervisor in management office.
*Troubleshoot repair and maintenance issues involving electrical, plumbing, appliances and carpentry.
*Work with office team to ensure all turn-over repairs and services are completed and on schedule.
*Maintain accurate records for preventative maintenance-building mechanicals, service requests and apartment turn-over status.
*Respond to after-hours on-call emergencies.
*Stay current on all applicable building codes and safety standards.
*Maintaining and disposing of trash found in communal areas.
*Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
*Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance maintenance, and boilers
*Customer service
*Professional, courteous, and friendly demeanor
*Team-player
*Must have a clean driving record and personal, reliable transportation for on-call emergencies
*Minimum high school education or equivalent
*Minimum 1 year of experience in general maintenance
