About the Role
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is assertive, strategic, and forward-thinking. You are someone who takes charge, enjoys solving complex business challenges, and prefers to work in an environment that allows for independence and continuous progress. You thrive on designing scalable and robust data analytics solutions and ensuring their successful implementation.
As a Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our project teams, collaborating closely with clients, project managers, and implementation consultants. You will be responsible for designing and communicating the value of enterprise-grade data solutions based on the Microsoft Data Stack, ensuring they align with business goals and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Discovery & Solution Design – Translate client requirements into scalable technical solutions using the Microsoft Azure Data Stack, Fabric, and Power BI.
- Architect End-to-End Solutions – Design data solutions that are high-quality, robust, and scalable.
- Lead Data & Analytics Visioning Client Engagements – guide clients in defining and documenting tactical steps in their strategic data & analytics roadmap utilizing the Microsoft data stack.
- Collaborate & Deliver – Work closely with consultants, project managers, and clients to ensure project success.
- Maintain High Utilization – Deliver at least 75% billable utilization by actively contributing to projects.
- Ensure Quality & Follow-up – Maintain high standards, track project progress, and ensure solutions meet business expectations.
- Support Sales Efforts – Assist the Sales team in pre-sales activities, including solution architecture for prospects.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
- Proven experience in architecting and delivering solutions on the Azure platform.
- Expertise in Microsoft Fabric, including Data Pipelines, OneLake, and Synapse Real-Time Analytics.
- Strong proficiency in Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Azure Synapse Analytics, Azure Databricks, and Power BI.
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, Spark, and data modeling, including experience with ELT/ETL workflows.
- Familiarity with data governance and compliance frameworks.
- Experience working with enterprise clients and delivering scalable solutions.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with pre-sales solutioning and client discovery is a plus.
- Relevant Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Data Engineer), Fabric (DP-600, DP-700) certifications, and Databricks certifications are highly desirable.
