We are seeking Globalization program managers to actively lead globalization in our company.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Operational objectives
• Globalize the web/paid media and assets aligned to your aligned geo and/or business unit
• Connect regularly with both geo and core stakeholders to discuss statuses, priorities, blockers, improvements to the process etc.
• Deliver the globalized content (digital, asset or paid media) in the SLAs agreed upon and aligned to quality requirements
What you will be focusing on:
• Professional knowledge related to content marketing, web design and development, and globalization
• Be engaged as an independent professional
• Have the ability to articulate and compare alternative approaches
• Negotiate with specified objectives. Apply creativity and judgment to professional, technical, or operational problems
• Independently generate solutions, based on analytical skills and business knowledge
• Challenge the validity of given procedures & processes with the intent to enhance & improve or develop complementary adjustments/solutions.
Requirements and Skills:
• Have an understanding of the business strategy and how it applies to the team’s key focus areas
• Must have experience of managing large volumes of content, ideally using a Content Management System/Platform
• Must have excellent organizational skills and willing to track all content progress in one of our Content Management tool
• Articulate, develop and publish strategic content — working under minimal supervision
• Develop ideas for a pre-designed plan and execute multiple aspects of it
• Collaborate to support/drive a program for a geo/end-to-end offering
• Validate hypothesis and advice on alternate solutions
• Analyze metrics and make data-driven recommendations to their team or manager, including demand generation and pipeline creation
• Manage the day-to-day globalization requests, checking all requirements are provided by requesters
• A competency in media planning, distribution, and syndication of content.
• Evidence of facilitating and initiating creative thinking in the digital space
• Proven Ability and willingness to develop relationships and work with a wide array of partners in content development, production and measurement, video distribution,
• Manage change requests from across Marketing and Communications teams
This is a Hybrid role, attendance to the office will be required only 3 times peer week

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Strong communication skills and fluency in English (at least B2 level)
- Must have experience of managing large volumes of content, ideally using a Content Management System/Platform

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
- Experience in working in Adobe Experience Manager, Workfront and/or Jira is a plus
