Maintenance and operations of Microsoft 365
*Main tasks
Setup, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft 365.
Configuring and managing security and compliance.
Management of Entra ID.
Other tasks
Assisting Digital Workplace team in daily tasks.
Participation in various internal projects.
*Qualifications and competences
Professional:
- Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive
- Expertise in configuring and managing security and compliance features, such as Data Loss Prevention (DLP), eDiscovery, and Advanced Threat Protection (ATP).
- Advanced skills in managing Entra ID (ME-ID), including conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and identity protection.
- Proficiency in using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI to create custom solutions and automate workflows.
- Advanced knowledge of configuring and managing Teams and SharePoint for effective collaboration and communication.
- Strong skills in PowerShell and other scripting languages to automate administrative tasks and improve efficiency.
- Experience integrating Microsoft 365 with other enterprise applications and services.
Personal: Excellent English proficiency and strong communication skills

IT projects implementation and support.
Working location and Hours
Malaysian working hours between 09-17, 5 days a week.
When needed, on-call standby or special working hours might apply.
Travel activity is limited but travel to Denmark and other sites may be expected.
