Job Description

 
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Adjust functional parts of devices or control
instruments, using hand tools, levels, plumb bobs, or straightedges.
Assemble, install, or repair wiring, electrical or electronic
components, pipe systems, plumbing, machinery, or equipment. Diagnose
mechanical problems and determine how to correct them, checking
blueprints, repair manuals, or parts catalogs, as necessary. Fabricate
or repair counters, benches, partitions, or other wooden structures,
such as sheds or outbuildings. Inspect drives, motors, and belts, check
fluid levels, replace filters, or perform other maintenance actions,
following checklists. Inspect, operate, or test machinery or equipment
to diagnose machine malfunctions. Install equipment to improve the
energy or operational efficiency of residential or commercial buildings.
Order parts, supplies, and equipment from catalogs and suppliers, or
obtain them from storerooms. Paint or repair roofs, windows, doors,
floors, woodwork, plaster, drywall, or other parts of building
structures. Perform general cleaning of buildings or properties. Perform
routine preventive maintenance to ensure that machines continue to run
smoothly, building systems operate efficiently, or the physical
condition of buildings does not deteriorate. Provide grounds keeping
services, such as landscaping and snow removal. Repair or replace
defective equipment parts, using hand tools and power tools, and
reassemble equipment. \*\*\*\*\* OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have experience in general maintenance; i.e. construction,
plumbing, electrical, cleaning and safety. Experience with the safe
operation of a variety of power and hand tools and methods for
maintaining general building appearance and operation, both inside an
out. HVAC, swimming pool maintenance and chemical testing, appliance
repair, knowledge of state and county building codes a preferred. Shall
not have been convicted of a felony in the last 10 years or any gaming
related offense, fraud or other misrepresentation of any kind or a
violation of any rule promulgated by the Lottery Board or Red Cliff
Tribal ordinance governing gaming. Applicants should be advised that the

Cliff Tribal member preferred but all qualified applicants will be
