The Administrative Assistant roles typically include answering busy phone lines, greeting walk-in guests, and handling general clerical responsibilities. This is a dynamic position for an individual who is organized and committed to working with great companies. The Administrative Assistant will assist with filing, copying, and faxing for multiple departments. The Administrative Assistant will check mail and emails daily, respond to inquiries, forward communication when necessary, set appointments, handle filing, and assist in coordinating schedules and activities. These roles will require strong computer and data entry skills, so proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is preferred. The successful Administrative Assistant will be detail-oriented, have strong problem-solving skills, be able communicate effectively, and have excellent customer service skills. The ideal Administrative Assistant will be self-directed, articulate, and provide positive attention to clients and vendors.  


    • Experience as an Administrative Assistant 

    • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures 

    • Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines 

    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite 

    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
