What You’ll Do
Dermalogica is looking for an exceptional Head of E-Commerce who is ready to take our U.S. Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business to the next level. You will lead performance marketing, website operations, merchandising, and customer retention. Key responsibilities include managing the annual e-commerce roadmap, encompassing marketing strategies and customer lifecycle management, while providing insights into global e-commerce and contributing to the broader company strategy. If you are a data-driven leader with deep expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and team leadership, this is your opportunity to make a high-impact contribution at a global brand.

The expected annual base salary for this role is $175,000-$225,000. The exact base salary is determined by various factors including experience, skills, education, and budget. This role is eligible for participation in our company bonus plan, rewarding personal performance and company results.
The position will be based out of the corporate headquarters in Carson, CA with applicable hybrid in-office work guidelines.
