Qualified candidate must report to the Tiedeman Offices at least once per week.
JOB BRIEF
This position is scheduled primarily from 8:00 AM until 5:00 PM EST. This position is within the ACH Operations team under Payment and Deposit Services. Under limited or no supervision, the Analyst expertly monitors the progress of ACH file processing and Exception processing. The Analyst ensures the team members have the proper tools and training to be successful in their roles, performs testing, assists with procedures, works with Risk Review partners, and drives initiatives with clients, relationship managers, ECP partners and other internal partners. Will become an expert in our processing system (PEP+) and provides on-site support to the ACH Operations teams.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Acts as extension of leadership, but escalates issues timely and as needed Assists management in all projects, audits, and system upgrades as needed
Oversees phone reporting to ensure calls are handled and associates are staffed for incoming calls
Assists with completing procedural reviews and score carding on a monthly basis
Partners with Technology and Support for PEP+ changes and testing, as needed
Trains team members on new processes and procedures
Acts as go-to for the team in assisting with questions, issues, and research items
Recognizes gaps in the process and makes suggestions for continuous improvement
Assesses strengths and developmental needs of team members and provides feedback to management
Develops plans and delivers training to new hires

MARGINAL OR PERIPHERAL FUNCTIONS
Backup for ACH functions as needed.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Three to four years' experience working in a high production, deadline-oriented environment
Experience managing personal deliverables that have client facing impact and SLA
Ability to read and follow instructions including complex processing procedures
Experience in writing procedures
PC skills to include proficiency with Word and expertise with Excel
Strong written and verbal skills with the ability to summarize information
Possess strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and manage good working relationships
Ability to remain flexible and effective in a fast-paced team environment
Ability to adhere to and demonstrate the Key Values
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
ACH processing knowledge
Familiarity with PEP+ application
Familiarity with Wire transaction processing and/or Dovetail
Experience communicating with different levels of management and internal partners
AAP certified

EQUIPMENT USED/PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

TRAINING REQUIRED
ACH training via Keys2Learn, PEP+, Recorded Virtual meetings, and with team members

As a result, this role may be mobile or home based, which means you may work either at a home office or in a Key facility to perform your job duties.
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $50,000 to $60,000 annually depending on job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
