Experience:
- 1+ years of professional experience in business, communication, customer service and/or related fields including experience with Paycom
- Demonstrates proficiency with computers and web conferencing

Education/Certification:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications or related field
Skills/Abilities:
- Ability to think critically and analyze, observe and interpret information to devise creative and innovative product solutions for prospects
- Problem solving-the individual identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner, gathers and analyzes information by conducting research to devise a solution
- Interpersonal skills-the individual is able to effectively and confidently communicate in individual or group settings
- Oral and written communication-the individual communicates effectively in a clear and concise manner both verbally and non-verbally
- Adaptable- Possesses an ability to adapt and successfully navigate change in a calm and confident manner
- Technical-the individual must be tech savvy and have strong computer skills, preferably an experienced user of enterprise level technology. Must be advanced in Microsoft Office Skills.
- Ability to review and analyze individual performance and resolution rate by applying self-coaching techniques incorporated with process improvements and metrics guided by the Team Lead
- Confidence-Must present self in a humble yet capable manner and tackle tasks with confidence, particularly during times of increased pressure
- Strategic- Ability to create technical solutions to strategically position products for proof sourcing purposes
