JOB REQUIREMENTS: Human Resource Assistant - HRASS005234
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Supports all phases of the peak
recruitment life cycle including processing applications, conducting
phone screens, scheduling interviews, completing new hire onboarding,
written and verbal communication with candidates. You will act as a
Human Resources liaison and will be responsible for implementing many of
our recruitment programs. Shift: Flexible options to work 4-6 hour
shifts between the hours of 10am-7pm CST 1-3 days per week. This on-site
position requires work from our Stevens Point facility. If you meet the

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Successful candidates should have the
following knowledge, skills, and abilities: \* Ability to assess
candidates in relationship to the criteria needed to be successful
employees. \* Excellent telephone techniques and overall communication
skills. \* Strong organizational and follow up skills. \* Excellent
human relations skills and the ability to handle confidential matters.
\* Capability of planning and setting priorities with minimum
supervision in a fast-changing environment. \* Ability to promote
Lands\' End and our job opportunities. \* Strong PC skills including
Microsoft Outlook, Word, SharePoint and Excel. \* Available minimum of
