Job Summary:
The Raw Bay Receiver/Blend Float maintains efficient operation of raw receiving, HTST #3 and blending equipment. The Receiver/Float cleans all blending, raw receiving and HTST #3 processing equipment. This position must master all items covered in job descriptions for raw bay receivers and blending.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Effectively and efficiently receive milk and other raw materials.
Effectively and efficiently handle HTST #3 processor and semi-bulk, aseptic and ESL blending equipment.
Consistently meet production needs and goals while making efforts to minimize product shrink.
Responsible for Clean-In-Place (CIP) and manual washing of silos and equipment.
Conduct routine quality checks and tests of incoming fluids.
Perform routine basic chemical concentration tests.
Accurately read labels, boxes and barcodes and complete all associated record keeping.
Ensure accurate and timely monitoring of critical control points.
Responsible for basic trouble shooting of equipment and processes.
Responsible for accurately filling out paper work and charts.
Handle all equipment and chemicals safely.
Proactively communicate with team members and management.
Responsible for safe, effective and efficient set up, operation, and cleaning of multiple blending, storage and processing locations.
Effectively and efficiently operate one or more blend areas including: ESL blending, aseptic blending, semi-bulk blending, tri-blender, staging and HTST #3 processing.
Maintain separation of materials and equipment by food allergens.
Accurately complete all required paperwork and X3 transactions in a timely manner.
OUR GENERAL LABORER FOR THIS POSITION CAN MAKE UP TO:
$23.24 per hour +$1 shift differential from 6pm - 6am
24-month wage progression

Qualifications:

Education Required:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience Required:
Minimum two (2) years of food and/or dairy production experience preferred.

Certification/Licensure Required:
Minnesota Department of Agriculture Certification required; in-house certification provided.
