Job Description

The Client Service Representative plays a crucial role in setting the tone for the organization. As the first and last person clients see when they are in the office, they are instrumental in making sure clients have a positive experience.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with CRM systems is a plus

Responsibilities & Activities:
• Greet and welcome visitors with warmth, professionalism, and a friendly demeanor.
• Ensure a seamless greeting process for all clients – greeting with beverage preference(s) and giving a warm welcome and exit.
• Escort visitors to meeting rooms and notify employees of their guests’ arrival as needed.
• Answer incoming phone calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Administer Preference and Satisfaction Surveys in conjunction with Director of Marketing & Communications.
• Manage daily CRM tasks, and complete assigned tasks by due date.
• Back up items to Client Relationship Specialist and assist with scheduling when needed and ordering office supplies.
• Manage client birthday touchpoints.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
• Utilize the current technology stack including but not limited to Salesforce, Emoney, Black Diamond, Playbook Builder, etc.
• Assist Client Relationship Specialist in coordinating catering, room setup for events, including meetings, seminars, and celebrations.
• Special projects assigned by Director of Client Relations
• Attend Company Sponsored Events
