Job Location: Address 132 Trowbridge Dr. State WI City Fond du Lac ZIP
Code 54937 Shift Second Overview Provide support for the Engineering
department as assigned by engineers and engineering leadership. Interact
with associates on the floor to provide resolution to problems.
Responsibilities Support production quality, processes, equipment,
safety, etc. Assist in estimating new parts and establishing new
processes. Provide support in the development of work instructions,
visual aids, routings, and ECN\'s. Review existing standards and compare
to actual on an ongoing basis. Work with Engineers to improve methods to
manufacture quality parts, safely and at the lowest possible cost.
Update standards as required. Recommend new processes or equipment to
improve capacity, productivity, and quality. Provide justification for
new equipment. Perform CNC and Robotic Programming. Provide CADD/CAM
Support Assist on special project as assigned. Qualifications Associate
degree (A.A.) from a two-year college or technical school in a field
such as engineering, industrial technology, quality engineering,
statistic, or other related area; and one to three years related
experience and/or training in manufacturing engineering; or equivalent
