General Role Description
The Carpenter is a highly skilled individual with great hand dexterity and a
keen eye for detail. The Carpenter is adept in mathematics and taking
measurements and calculating the size and amount needed to complete the task
assigned in accordance with the specifications. This position strives for
continuous improvement with Safety and Quality while working in diverse
settings to produce steady and functional infrastructure and products. The
individual will also have a passion for continuous improvement, a strong
sense of accountability and an ability to partner with the Project Team to
optimize Safety, Quality, Schedule, and profitability of the company.
This position Reports to the Carpenter Foreman/Assistant Superintendent and
has direct supervisory responsibilities of the Carpenter Helper and labor.
