What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Parts Representative at Park Industries, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional support to our customers. Your work will directly impact Park’s success and our customers' satisfaction. Your responsibilities will include:

Becoming an expert in several Park machines and continuing your growth by gaining knowledge of additional machines.
Handling parts-related inquiries for Park equipment through phone and email, including assessing customer needs, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery.
Guiding customers on proper troubleshooting procedures part selection for their Park equipment via phone, email, or messaging.
Managing parts returns by verifying customer needs, processing paperwork, providing return labels, and ensuring returns reach the Park warehouse or appropriate vendor.
Making decisions in line with Park's business strategy regarding customer goodwill and warranty.
Building and maintaining customer relationships while deescalating situations when needed.
Collaborating with transit companies to locate lost shipments and guarantee timely deliveries.
Offering over-the-phone machine support for Park Industries' field service technicians and installers, when needed.
Coordinating with other departments, associates, or vendors to address customer needs.
Partnering with engineering to provide non-conformance reports (NCR), engineering change requests (ECR), or essential information on issues to identify trends.
Participating in training and development opportunities offered at Park.

As a Customer Service Parts Representative at Park Industries, you'll maintain standard business hours from Monday to Friday. We offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to balance remote work with onsite presence at our office in St. Cloud, MN. This flexible setup ensures you have the freedom to work where you're most productive while staying connected with our dynamic team.

What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

A high school diploma or the equivalent
1+ years of direct customer service work experience
1+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment
A working knowledge and experience in Microsoft Suite, an ERP System (JDE), phone systems, etc.
The ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, hydraulic and pneumatic schematics and other engineering drawings
