Gopher Sport is seeking a skilled Systems and Endpoint Administrator to join our team. As a crucial member of our IT department, you will play a pivotal role in securing, maintaining, monitoring, and enhancing our systems and endpoint environment to support the company's objectives.

Description
In this role, you will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in managing and securing systems and endpoints, implementing best practices, and proactively identifying and resolving technical issues. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business needs and objectives. Additionally, you will have the chance to contribute to the continuous improvement of our IT infrastructure and processes, leveraging emerging technologies to drive efficiency and innovation.
What will you be doing?
* Manage and administer systems and endpoints, including servers, workstations, laptops, and mobile devices.
* Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and endpoints from cyber threats and unauthorized access.
* Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary optimizations to ensure reliability and efficiency.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
* Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and recommend enhancements to IT infrastructure and processes.
* Document procedures, configurations, and troubleshooting steps to ensure knowledge sharing and support continuity.

Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
* Proven experience in systems administration, with a focus on managing endpoints in a corporate environment.
* Strong knowledge of operating systems, such as Windows, macOS, and Linux, as well as endpoint management tools.
* Experience with security technologies and practices, including antivirus, firewalls, encryption, and vulnerability management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
* Proven problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset towards identifying and addressing technical challenges.
