The Principal Talent & Development Specialist is responsible for overseeing the learning technology ecosystem which includes learning management system, virtual classroom platform, and the integration of systems supporting the business environment. In addition, this role will develop and deliver blended learning programs, using instructional design methodologies to create customized learning solutions utilizing technology.
Role Responsibilities:

Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts and key stakeholders to develop learning solutions that effectively convey key learning.

Incorporate advanced instructional design principles in the development and delivery of learning solution.

Utilize multiple delivery and distribution channels including e-learning, web-based, instructor-led, and virtual classroom.

ManageLearningpartnerscommunityguidingthemthroughthepropergovernance to leverage WD.

Create course work with practice exercises, knowledge checks and other elements designed to drive knowledge retention.

Oversee and monitor the utilization of LMS, learning plan deployment and running monthly training analytics.

Measure and report on training effectiveness; address user/participant feedback and maintain content relevance.
Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree

7+ years of related business experience

3+ years of experience working with a Learning Management System/WorkDay

3+ years of program/project management experience
Preferred Qualifications:

Related global experience

Experience managing a contract with Skillset Company
