| Job Description: |
Are you a natural leader with experience in team management? Twin City Staffing is currently seeking a dedicated individual to join us as a lead packaging team leader. In this role, you'll be responsible for leading and motivating our packing team, creating production schedules, monitoring operations, ensuring quality control processes, managing raw materials, and maintaining the packing/production line. Location: Rockford, MN
Wage: $21.00 - $25.00/hr.
Hours: 7 am - 3:30 pm, Monday - Friday

Duties of the lead packaging team leader:
Lead and motivate packing team to achieve production goals
Create production schedules for packaging operations
Monitor packing and warehouse operations for efficiency and productivity
Ensure adherence to quality control processes and standards
Manage inventory of raw materials and supplies
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packing/production line
Requirements of the lead packaging team leader:
2+ years of experience managing a team in a manufacturing or warehouse setting
Ability to lift 50+ pounds safely and consistently
Pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
