COMPUTATIONAL/THEORETICAL CHEMISTRY FACULTY POSITIONS
DEPARTEMENT OF CHEMISTRY
UNIVERSITY OF MINNESOTA, TWIN CITIES
The Department of Chemistry () seeks to fill one or more tenure-track or tenured faculty positions beginning July 1, 2024 or later. Applications will be accepted from candidates whose research interests lie in any area of modern computational/theoretical chemistry. Appointments will be made at a rank (assistant, associate, or full professor) commensurate with the appointee's experience. Appointees will be expected to carry out vigorous programs of original research, to advise research students, to teach a broad range of undergraduate and graduate courses in the Department of Chemistry, and to participate in Departmental and University governance. Selection will be based on each candidate's record of previous accomplishments relevant to these responsibilities, their potential for outstanding future contributions, and their potential to actively advance the University's goal of creating a positive campus climate that is both inclusive and diverse.

Qualifications



Required Qualifications:
Appointees must have completed all requirements for the Ph.D. or equivalent foreign degree by the date of appointment.
Evaluation of applications will begin September 30, 2023 and will continue until the positions are filled.
