Responsibilities:<br>
<br>As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing Talent Acquisition support to the Recruitment Team. This position is integral to the success of the external hiring process and serves as the primary point of contact for candidate scheduling and on-site interviews. This is a contract position expected to last 12 months with the potential to extend. <br>
<br>This is a hybrid position, with one day per week onsite in Golden Valey, MN. <br>- Recruitment Administration: Manage all administrative aspects of recruiting activities for assigned functions. This includes effective verbal and written communication with candidates, coordination of interview schedules, and overseeing the onboardin process. <br>- Candidate Evaluation: Review resumes and recorded video interviews to identify and select qualified candidates for further consideration.<br>- Coordination and Scheduling: Facilitate candidate coordination and interview scheduling, ensuring a smooth and efficient process between candidates and various plant locations.<br>- Interview Day Management: Manage the flow and candidate experience during each interview day, ensuring a positive and organized atmosphere.<br>- Data Tracking and Reporting: Utilize web-based applicant tracking tools and other software programs to track and report critical candidate flow information.<br>- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build trust with candidates and internal stakeholders, developing partnerships across departments<br>- Project Completion: Undertake additional projects and tasks as identified by the Talent Acquisition Manager.<br>
<br>Qualifications:<br>- +3 years of administrative experience in a high-volume, fast-paced, detail-oriented setting.<br>- Strong prioritization and organizational skills, with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy while meeting tight deadlines.<br>- Demonstrated capacity to proactively handle multiple detailed tasks amid frequent interruptions.<br>- Excellent communication skills with a high degree of tact and diplomacy.<br>- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to collaborate with all levels of management and diverse candidates, customers, and external suppliers.<br>- High level of integrity, sound judgment, and discretion in handling confidential or sensitive information.<br>- Willingness and ability to be flexible, adapting to changing priorities, roles, and managers.<br>- Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft-based applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and HCM applications (iCIMS), HireVue, with a willingness to learn and master other software programs as needed.<br>
<br>Preferred Qualifications:<br>- Bachelor's degree preferred; high school diploma required.<br>- Recruiting experience, preferably in a light industrial or production setting.<br>- Experience in scheduling, communicating, and tracking candidates in high volumes.<br>
