Job Description

Job Purpose: Routinely contact our client base by phone/email/US Mail to maintain customer relationship.

Duties:
* Establish personal rapport with persons at client location to understand sales/service requirements.

* Maintains client contact by coordinating past sales information with businesses or clients; correcting errors; answering questions.

* Maintains external telemarketing services talking with marketing.

* Informs sales team by coordinating information with marketing

* Maintains daily reports daily activity and performance time sheets.
