| Job Description: |
A reputable landscaping company in Bloomington, MN is seeking individuals with diverse landscaping experience to join our team. As a landscaping technician with us, you'll play a pivotal role in nurturing and maintaining the landscapes and grounds surrounding various businesses and buildings.
Location: Bloomington, MN
Hours: 7:30 am – 5:30 pm, Monday - Friday
Weekend work may be required with overtime pay!
Wage: $18 - $26/hr.

Responsibilities of the landscaping technician:
Perform groundskeeping and building maintenance tasks
Mow lawns using hand or riding lawnmowers
Edge and trim around walks, flower beds, and walls
Plant flowers, grass, shrubs, and bushes
Apply pesticides to eliminate pests like mosquitos, wasps, and ticks
Sweep walkways to remove debris
Trim tree limbs and remove hazardous branches
Weed flower beds and trim shrubs
Conduct minor repairs and maintenance on landscaping equipment
Install lawn furniture
Rake, mulch, and prune grounds
Install various landscaping features like rocks, cement, lighting, water fixtures, and furniture
Water plants and grass, and apply fertilizer as necessary
Requirements of the landscaping technician:
Proficiency in operating landscaping equipment
Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods
Strong command of spoken and written English
Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
Previous landscaping experience preferred
Familiarity with mixing and pouring landscaping materials is advantageous
