Job Description:
Head Boys Soccer Coach

Duties: Program development, player evaluation, schedule practices and games. Responsible for overall Boys Soccer program including: Coach student athletes in strategies and techniques to prepare for competition. Motivate student athletes to develop an appreciation of the sport. Provide leadership, direction and support to the high school and youth programs, within the rules of Minnesota State High School League and Coon Rapids High and its affiliated district/conference(s). Facilitate the development of Boys Soccer players, not only as players but also as people with good character and integrity.

Preferred Qualifications: Previous soccer coach experience preferred.
