JOB REQUIREMENTS: Accountabilities/Duties: Prepares patient meals per
order following recipes and safety practices. Adjusts recipe size based
on the number servings being prepared. Completes preparation from a
pull-guide. Prepares meals for cafe including batch cooking. Prepares
meals for catered events. Stores freezer items. Trials new recipes and
make adjustments for quality and quantity. Completes taste test items.
Completes assigned cleaning per schedule. Communicates with the aides
for patients, cafe and catering to maintain the timeliness and quality
of meals and food items. Communicates with co-workers regarding meals,
recipes, timing. Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of High School
Diploma or GED preferred. Minimum of one year food service cooking
