As a Therapist, you will have the opportunity to directly impact lives through our successful mental health programs. You will be part of a caring and highly regarded staff of professionals in our Richfield location. You will provide clinical therapy services primarily to adolescents and adults

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Complete intake, diagnostic assessment and treatment planning compliant with Rule 47 guidelines
Provide therapy services to children, adults, couples, families, and groups in site and community settings based on diagnostic assessment and within the scope of her/his license and professional competencies
Provide Aggression Replacement Training group to adolescents at Golden Valley and Richfield locations
Provide services until 8pm, to meet client scheduling needs
Build and maintain caseload of a minimum of 26 active clients to consistently meet productivity expectations
Complete all required paperwork consistent with organizational Rule 29, Rule 47 guidelines and contract requirements within deadline
Maintain progress towards licensure and follow requirements of supervision as applicable
Participate in group clinical consultation fours hours per month
Attend staff and other meetings, as directed by the supervisor or agency policy
Increase efficiency and effectiveness in providing therapeutic services both clinically and administratively with experience
Follow and enforce all agency policies and procedures
Provide information for reports in a timely manner
Promote teamwork and effective communication within the agency
Ensure that clients receive excellent service


QUALIFICATIONS

Required

Master's degree in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or other related field required
Licensure completed or on track toward LP, LPCC, LICSW, or LMFT
At least 1 year of experience providing therapy in individual, family or group therapy settings
Experience completing diagnostic assessments treatment plans, and progress notes
Ability to work afternoon and evening hours such as 12:00pm - 8:00pm
Preferred but not required

Mental Health Professional (LICSW, LMFT, LPCC, LP)
Experience working with adolescents and adults
Experience working with anger issues
Experience working with trauma
Able to work with general populations
Fluent in Spanish
Must have their own car for work
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Proven ability to establish and maintaining positive rapport with a diverse variety of clients and professionals
Demonstrated excellent verbal and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to collaborate and build relationships
Proficient computer skills in Word and Excel programs
High degree of organization and ability to work independently and take initiative
Demonstrated attention to detail, as well as to identify and address larger systemic issues
Ability to manage time efficiently in order to ensure paperwork and billing are on time and completed correctly
Knowledge of community-based resources including mental health, social service agencies, chemical health, etc.
Ability to collaborate with community agencies to provide services
