About the Team:
Our Supply Chain and Logistics team mission is to provide top notch service to our stores and purchasing teams- contributing to the goal to make Grocery Outlet the first choice for bargain minded customers while touching lives for the better. Our team oversees the successful movement of products from our vendors to our stores and is self-motivated, passionate, and dedicated.
About the Role:
We seek a warehouse worker to join our team, responsible for various warehouse tasks to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and fulfill orders promptly, ensuring accurate packaging and labeling for delivery or pickup.
Handle incoming and outgoing stock efficiently, including picking, unloading, and storing products.
Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain high-quality standards and facilitate audits.
Maintain a clean, safe workspace, optimizing organization and reporting any discrepancies.
Collaborate effectively with team members and follow standard procedures and safety regulations.
Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and vehicles proactively.
Uphold cleanliness standards by tidying shelves and workstations regularly.
Wear appropriate safety gear and follow modern warehousing practices.
About Compensation:
Offering a base salary of $19.00-20.00hr with benefits like 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and more.

Require physical capabilities, familiarity with warehousing practices, and reliable transportation.
Physical Demands:
Involves lifting, bending, reaching, and standing for extended periods, with specific vision requirements.
