As Shipping & Receiving Associate, you will:

• Review shipment contents and compare with records, such as manifests, invoices, or orders, to verify accuracy
• Record shipment data, such as weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies, for reporting, accounting, or record-keeping purposes
• Prepare documents, such as work orders, bills of lading, or shipping orders, to route materials
• Communicate with vendors and customers to resolve issues such as damages, shortages, or non-conformance to specifications
• Other tasks as needed or assigned

The Shipping & Receiving Associate opportunity may be a match for you if you have the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-2 years' administrative and/or customer service experience, preferably in a distribution or manufacturing environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Great attention to detail
• Effective written and oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
