Job Description:
General Marketing:
Assist Marketing Manager in overall execution of the marketing plan based on the property's strategic goals.
Contribute to the development and execution of all internal and external communication strategies to drive traffic to the property.
Events Coordination:
Plan, coordinate, and execute four seasonal events to align with annual marketing strategy and property goals, support revenue and traffic goals, and amplify the Rosedale brand and vision.
Prepare event agreements, track payments, and collect retailers' and clients' certificate of insurance and waivers according to JLL requirements.
Actively curate and amplify tenant and community events.
Digital Initiatives:
Create a digital strategy and annual content calendar that supports overall marketing plan.
Create and deploy strategic digital communications via Pocketstop including email, mobile, and Wi-Fi.
Create original, high-quality content for all social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok.
Monitor and engage daily with the consumer across all digital platforms including G Suite and website intake forms.
Work with external agency partners to support digital goals including social media, digital, and website agencies.
Manage social metrics and reporting.
Update website and G Suite as needed.
Follow corporate policies and procedures for all programs and promotions
Create and upload ads to digital directories.
Finance
Assist in preparation of monthly financial documents.
Review tenant sales reports and align marketing strategy to maximize ancillary and tenant income.
Prepare and submit invoices for payment according to budget accounting process.
Prepare and submit personal expense reports according to budget accounting process.
Design
Assist with guest experience by proactively designing, printing and installing signage.
Education:
A Bachelor's degree in a related field or an Associate's degree plus relevant work experience a plus, but not required
3-5 years of Marketing and/or Administrative experience required.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to communicate face-to-face and collaborate with retailers/clients, and all levels within the organization.
Ability to work and learn independently and in team situations.
Ability to develop strategic solutions required.
Persuasion and conflict-resolution skills required.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of social platforms and digital technology.
Strong attention to detail.
Excellent PC, Adobe Acrobat, Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and Microsoft Outlook
Demonstrated event management experience.
Demonstrated experience in face-to-face relationship-building and outreach.
Commitment to full time onsite schedule.
Desire to work for a large corporation and build something valuable.
Prior knowledge of commercial real estate including a broad understanding of finance, leasing and legal a plus.
Prior sales experience a plus.
