Job Title: Freezer Forklift Driver 1 2nd Shift
Position Reports To: Warehouses Supervisor
FLSA Status: Hourly $18.05 -$19.10
- This is a full-time permanent position eligible for enrollment in company benefit plans after 60 days and 40 hours Vacation time after 90 days
- Monday – Friday 4:30pm-1:30am January-April
- 6 days a week starting May- December 4:30 pm – 4:30 am (Possible)
Position Purpose Summary: Perform necessary freezer warehouse duties to ensure product is moved, stored and shipped safety and efficiently.

Principal Job Responsibilities:
- Serve the needs of customers and all stakeholders
- Adhere to all Food Safety and GMP Policies
- Verify pallets, packaging and report any damage
- Ensure and verify load count at the time of pulling
- Ensure product is safely put away and pulled from racks.
- Responsible to inspect inbound product (no broken pallets, no damaged product & proper labeled)
- Maintain a constant communication with supervisor on where the production needs to be put away (participate in freezer projections)
- Clearly complete the load requirement documents when pulling loads
- Excellent communication with your related departments (Shipping and receiving, Repack/resort and production drivers)
- Maintain cleanliness in the put away and prep load aisles (pick up any type of debris)
- Ensure trailer temperature is correct
- Ensure to maintain a sufficient amount of product on production lines (avoid any down time).
- Knowledge of customer requirements
- Daily inspection of your equipment
- Conduct physical inventories
- Identify scanner errors
- Ensure to have your communication device (two way radio)
- Ensure labels are correct (part number, weight and quantity)
- Review the unplaced report with your supervisor
- Basic training booklets from all departments.
- 30 days basic training must be complete
- Assign to a department after the 30 day basic training
- Shipping and Receiving
- Able to haul and load a regular 28 tote load in 75 minutes
- Able to haul and load a 28 pallets slip sheet load in 2 ½ hours
- Able to do a 28 pallet load delivery in 105 minutes unload, inspect, label and stage load into the freezer.
- Placement Production/Prep Loads
- Able to haul and place into freezer racks 28 pallets double stack in 80 minutes.
- Able to pull and inspect a 28 tote load in 65 minutes (low difficulty)
- Able to pull and inspect a 28 tote load in 85 minutes (medium difficulty)
- Able to pull and inspect a 28 tote load in 95 minutes (high difficulty)
- Freezer Repack & Freezer Resort
- Able to run a repack or resort line at 28 totes in 135 minutes (picked product, hauled in and out and placed it into racks)
