Job Summary | The Lead Toddler Teacher will oversee and plan classroom activities, supervise student assistants, provide direct care to the children, collaborate with parents, mentor, and supervise graduate-level practicum students, and consult with faculty to evaluate practicum experiences. To provide direct instructional age-appropriate lessons and direct supervision for children in the Children’s Learning and Research Center. The Lead Toddler Teacher will also assist in maintaining licensing standards as required by the Virginia Department of Education and other quality standards. |

Minimum Qualifications |
An earned master’s degree in early childhood education or a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education and related experience. Must be eligible for PreK3 or PreK6 Virginia Teaching License.
