Group is the technical lifeblood of the Sales Organization. Our
engineers bring to life the innovative communications solutions that
make a difference in the moments that matter.Job Description The Sr.
Presale Engineer will manage and support the Presale engineering effort
within the Midwest. This includes both sole source and RFP
opportunities. The Sr. Presale Engineer will attend customer meetings,
both remote and on-site, when required. The Sr. Presales Engineer may
present system solutions to internal and external customers. In
addition, this person will work closely with the Area Sales Manager and
Presale Business Manager to understand, manage, and prioritize the
presale opportunities within the Midwest. The Sr. Presale Engineer is
the architect and owner of the solution design. This includes the
development, design, evaluation, and modification of system solutions
and architecture to meet customer requirements. This includes but is not
limited to the following: Radio Coverage design and analysis Description
of system design, including diagrams Calculation of power and networking
requirements Participation in proposal reviews and contract negotiations
