Program Completion and Conversion
Requirements: Recent Graduates may be converted to a permanent position, or term appointment lasting 1-4 years, upon successful completion of the program.
To be eligible for conversion, Recent Graduates must:?
Successfully complete at least 1-year of continuous service in addition to all requirements of the program as specified in the signed Participant's Agreement
Demonstrate successful job performance? Meet qualification standards for the position to which the Recent Graduate will be converted.
