Job Description

 
6 Fulltime H-2A Seasonal Jobs available 04/01/2024- 12/14/2024. Will drive commodity trucks with a capacity of at least 26,001 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW) and or tractors and other equipment. Routes will be within 75 miles of the farmer's farm. Trucks will be driven to or from the farmer's farm locations. Work requires standing, walking, bending repetitively, lifting up to 60 pounds and kneeling. Will drive bus to transport workers to work location. Worker must have and maintain a valid driver's license: Class A CDL or equivalent. Must comply with all applicable requirements of USDOT regulations. Must pass a post-employment road test to gauge driving ability. Employer uniformly conducts a post-employment DOT physical, drug screen, background check and motor vehicle records check at no cost to the worker. Requirements: * Three months experience of the duties mentioned * Must be able to lift a minimum of 60 pounds * Driving Requirement * Class A CDL or equivalent * All newly-hired employees required to take and pass an employer-paid background check. * All new employees subject to post-hire, random employer-paid drug test * Exposure to extreme temperatures * Extensive pushing/pulling/sitting/walking, frequent stooping, and repetitive movements The full terms and conditions of the job (form ETA790a) should be reviewed and provided to qualified applicants from this website: seasonaljobs.dol.gov.
