JOB REQUIREMENTS: The ProHealth Care athletic training program works
with active patients to prevent and treat injury and illness, as well as
to enhance performance associated with activity. Athletic trainers are
health care providers who specialize in the prevention, assessment,
treatment and rehabilitation of injuries and illnesses. They work with
other health care providers and coaches to help athletes and patients of
all levels and ages with injury from practice or competitive play and
daily activity. Patients who may benefit from the service of our
athletic trainers include: \* Competitive and recreational athletes \*
Individuals who have suffered musculoskeletal injuries \* Patients
seeking strength, conditioning, fitness, performance enhancement and
overall wellness \*CA Hours: This position is pool/prn Varied hours -
Day/Nights/weekends. Employee will require a car to drive to any of the
Waukesha County High School locations that we support. May also require
working at St. John\'s Military Academy. Needs begin at 2:30 to 3:00 PM,
and employee must be available 3-4 shifts per month at a minimum. Work
is often outdoors. Full Time / Part Time: Pool/As Needed - no Benefits
FTE: 0.01 What You Will Do: The Athletic Trainer (AT) is responsible for
evaluating and advising individuals to assist recovery from or avoid
athletic-related injuries or illnesses or maintain peak physical
fitness. May provide first aid or emergency care during sporting events.
ProHealth Care\'s Athletic Trainers support the Waukesha County High
School\'s athletic programs. What you will need: Bachelor\'s Degree in
related field. Athletic Trainer Certification (ATC) within 90 days of
hire. Licensed Athletic Trainer in State of WI within 90 days of hire.
BLS (CPR) Certification, or ability to obtain upon hire. AED
