Required Skills: | High school graduate or equivalent One or more years experience working in an engineering or manufacturing documentation environment. Strong computer and typing skills-Adobe Acrobat, Excell, Word, & Powerpoint. Prefer SAP business system experience and specific abilities to apply advanced formatting to Word documents and building Excell spreadsheets. Mechanical product knowledge and detailed understanding of Bill of Material structure is preffered. Strong communicator, verbal and written. |

Job Description: |
$1000 SIGN ON BONUS!!!!
Will create and maintain all systems Bills of Material and changes per ECO instructions. Sets up initial BOM effectivities. Maintains ECO, BOM, and drawing historical files. Issue part numbers to the proper prefix code. Assign all product UPC Codes. Enter and maintain all part numbers and select fields on the item master. Write ECO's for drawing and BOM revisions where necessary. Provide clerical services for the Engineering Department. Create cost roll comparison reports from SAP for all active part numbers and models. Coordinate BOM effectivity changes on SAP until production implementation. Issue part numbers to the proper prefix code and maintains SAP item master.
