Amentum is seeking a Financial/Budget Analyst to support PEO IWS efforts in Crystal City, Arlington, VA. This position will provide Amentum support to the Terminal Defense System (TDS) PEO IWS 11 Budget Financial Manager (BFM) and Director of Plans and Programs.

Senior Financial Analyst Responsibilities Include:

·        Lead the Contractor Financial Support Team for PEO IWS11 ensuring all deliverables and support tasks meet Government expectations.

·         Provide overall direction for program programming, budgeting and execution support with day-to-day communication and interface with the BFM and the Government Financial team.

·         Execute and track funding, spend plan development, and detailed cost reporting and analysis using the Navy/NAVSEA financial systems including Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP), PRISMS, STARS, AUTODOC, PBIS, COBRA and PDOCS

·         Assist in identifying and resolving financial execution issues such as missed benchmarks, emerging requirements, budget shortfalls, and funds availability.

·         Prepare Financial Manager execution/obligation reports on the status of program appropriations.

·         Lead the effort for support task planning preparation utilizing the NAVSEA Enterprise Planning System (NEPS) Task Planning Sheets (TPS) process.

·         Support program execution activities of FMS, SCN, RDT&E, OM&N, WPN, OPN and Army funding appropriations

·         Utilize and maintain financial management tools to track approved funding, execution status and current obligations and expenditures by task, appropriation, and activity.

·         Review weekly Navy activity status reports and reconcile to N-ERP database and spend plan.

·         Prepare financial data and documentation for incorporation into budget requirements/changes, Program Plan Execution, monthly status reports and other financial reports as required.
