Manufacturing Production Associate - Hiring Multiple Candidates!
Job Type:  Temp to Hire
Pay: First shift- $18/hour; Second shift- $18.50-19/hour
Hours: First shift- Mon - Fri, 7a-3:30p; Second shift- Mon - Fri, 2p-10p
Location: Lenox

TEC is helping a local manufacturing company add to their growing team on their production floor with multiple candidates. The organization is looking for their ideal candidates to be a positive addition to their established team.

Job Responsibilities:
- Shipping - working in the shipping department to prep products for shipment
- Product Bagging - working within the shipping department to bag product to send to final shipping processes
- Clean Room & Production Floor - maintain cleanliness of the shop floor and do general assembly of products using mechanical knowledge and hand tools

Job Qualifications:
- Ideal candidates will have experience in manufacturing and is familiar with good manufacturing practices, have a positive attitude and be a team player
- Ideal candidate will be reliable and attend work on their expected schedule
- Ability to stand for long hours and lift/carry up to 50+ pounds
- Be trainable, detail-oriented, reliable and competent
- Be strong in basic math skills
