- Provide Direct Service to RISE Teen Center Youth Members
- Create projects with groups of high school youth in evening activity programs
- Facilitate interactive workshops designed in specialized activities such as science, technology, engineering, dance, visual arts, coding, performing arts and other specialized fields.
- Work with staff to enroll, engage and retain teen participants
- Maintain a safe learning environment
- Serve as a positive and engaging role model for participants.
- Maintain a high level of flexibility and professionalism at all times
- Enforce program rules, promote reflection and consequences for infractions
- Maintain attendance records for all facilitated activities
- Participate in program planning and assessment
- Assist with data entry.
- Attend supervision meetings
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications/Educational Requirements:

Associates Degree required
-
Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a multi-cultural youth population required.

Must clear SEL, SCR and Department of Education PETS clearances
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities:

Strong leadership development with knowledge of specific specialty, dance, art, technology, etc.
