Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the creative direction, design development, and execution of projects, ensuring alignment with brand identity and strategic objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including copywriters, designers, and marketers, to deliver innovative and visually compelling campaigns.
- Provide art direction and mentorship to creative teams, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
- Translate client and project briefs into compelling visual concepts, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet client and organizational standards.
- Stay current with industry trends, design techniques, and technology to keep creative projects fresh and cutting-edge.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in communications, graphic, design, communications, photography or equivalent work experience required
- A knack for strategic brainstorming, campaign development, creative brief development and creative execution
- 5+ years agency experience or in a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Compelling portfolio of work over a wide range of creative projects
- Proven graphic design and layout skills in the area of print, packaging, especially for digital mediums
- Hands on experience using post-production and design software such as:- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, InDesign is a Must and Adobe Premiere & Adobe After Effect is a Plus
- Experience art directing and running photoshoots as well as a deep knowledge of the equipment and pre-planning required
