Trillium Woods is recruiting for a hospitality focused RN/LPN Health Coordinator to join our team! This position provides direct nursing care to residents and delegates and supervises the care provided by our Quality of Life Specialists/Resident Assistants.

Come work in a beautiful building, amongst a dedicated team with decades of experience, to provide compassionate and high-quality care with above average staff to resident ratios!
We have a Full-Time Evening Shift position serving our Long-Term Care/TCU – Rehabilitation/Memory Care Residents with hours from 3:00 pm - 11:30 pm that includes:

72 hours in two weeks
Weekend rotation
Holiday rotation

Minimum Qualifications:

Active MN RN/LPN Licensure
Active CPR Certification
Compassionate & Flexible Team Player
