Location: Bronx, NY
Shift: Day Shift (7 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday - Friday)
Salary Range: Starting at $135K-$135K (based on experience and certifications)

Responsibilities

• Oversee Daily Operations: Manage and coordinate the PACU unit's daily activities to ensure smooth operations and high-quality patient care.

• Staff Supervision: Lead, support, and mentor nursing staff, ensuring appropriate staffing levels and promoting professional development.

• Patient Care Oversight: Ensure comprehensive care for patients with high-risk pregnancies, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.

• Quality Control and Compliance: Monitor and enforce adherence to clinical protocols, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.

• Administrative Duties: Manage scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation while handling patient admissions, discharges, and care coordination.

Requirements

• License: Active New York State Registered Nurse (RN) License

• Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN), MSN required

• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience, 3 years of PACU/ASU experience, and 5 years of management experience

• Certifications: Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML), BLS Certification

• Membership: ASPAN
