Community Connections Inc. is looking for a Transportation Manager to join our Transportation Services team based in South Yarmouth, MA. In this role, you will support individuals with disabilities by coordinating all transportation services for the individuals we serve. You will aid Community Connections in their mission to provide optimal independence & enriching services to people with disabilities. We are looking for someone with a commitment to compassion, safety & serving the community.

What You'll Do:
Directly supervise transportation services drivers, monitors, coordinators, & relief staff
Interview, hire, train new employees, plan, assign, assess performance of employees
Oversee the daily operations of Transportation Services
Be responsible for achieving the program?s financial goals
Ensure the safety/health of consumers & handle emergency situations appropriately
Ensure that service remains in compliance with all regulatory bodies  
Communicate & coordinate transportation services for each individual served

What You'll Need:
High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Bachelor's degree in relevant human services field preferred
2-3 years of relevant experience in transportation services
Supervisory & program management experience preferred
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
Strong computer literacy
Experience managing a budget
Valid driver's license & satisfactory driving record
Massachusetts CDL driver?s license preferred but not required
Satisfactory criminal background check & drug/alcohol screen required
