This is a senior/lead expert technical role for overall technical solution
architect on the JLL ServiceNow platform team.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Design, implement and drive complex solutions that center on the ServiceNow
platform, addressing various business processes, automation, and
enterprise service management
Design and build API integrations in-to/out-of the ServiceNow platform in a
secure and scalable fashion supporting multiple endpoint technologies
Lead the development team
Lead the development process
Author and maintain team and project documentation
Works closely with other domains including Applications, Infrastructure,
Cloud, Network, Security, and the business
